Did Barkely Get Snubbed Because Of USC Sanctions?

Thinking voters and whoever gets these guys on the panel are in silent agreement to not have him on the ballot because of the turmoil and mockery that has been USC and the Bush debacle. Maybe not if on ballot, there hasnt even been any talk about him amongst analysts that Ive heard in the weeks leading up, only SBR members. Anybody thinking this also? Or is this just not the case.

ofcourse and because everyone hates USC. his numbers were better than Lucks and he had more big wins than Luck. I don't really care about the heisman though. I don't know what all the hype is about. It's just an indivdual award and this is a team sport.
