SEC,ACC wanted a plus 1 in 2008, Big 12 is getting what it deserves

here is a link to the meeting held in 2008, SEC and ACC commissioner wanted a plus 1. The Big 12 and Big East and Pac 10 voted it down after a 6 hour meeting.
