Penn St getting no respect from the bookmakers thats for sure despite their big win last week. Love Wisconsin -14 or less. Just dont see them holding serve on the road. I guess the play is to wait and try for 14. Its not likely to go to 15.5 and even if it did thats not much different than 14.5.
