Do those six points on a total so high really make a difference? While you do get the benefit of crossing the 14 and the 17, I don't know if this is really worth it. Perhaps a pair of straight bets or a play on NIU and a team total on Ball State?

The way my picks have been lately, anything looking like a safer play usually backfires. So I'll go against the grain and see what happens. It's the MAC, nuff said on that.
