I agree , just like your game you lost last night you have no basis for your pick today, otherwise you would of put it in your thread.
Minny was not the pick last night, for tons of reasons. So I think we all wanna know what your reasons are for your pick today. Shit you might be down another $300

I have nothing against this particular poster.
It is just that when I post a pick, I provide some rationale and perhaps some insight. Several points.
I am just saying that EVERYONE who just posts a pick might as well piss up a rope for all I care unless they provide 5-10 salient points about their pick that are relevant (not team A scores 33 ppy and team B scores 17ppg... that does not account for strength of schedule, injuries, all of that; or, even worse, "the public" is on Houston so I am going the other way.)
SO, if you post, I say, please provide a valid write up so we can all review it and take the information into consideration.

Serbone is right. Unless A guy has a record to fade or follow, what's the point?

Because there is no fuking rule that says he has to provide you with a write up...or any damn opinion whatsoever. If you don't like it don't click on the thread and damn sure don't tail him...otherwise piss off.

Renoboy, take a chill pill. You definitely need it. It is common sense, if a person is going to post there picks as a thread starter, at the very least they should share with us, why they chose the picks that they did.

I almost never start a post but often add to threads and agree or disagree with the original poster.
And I always provide plenty of rationale for my pick with insight that are not just common knowledge or bland data or trends.
FOR EXAMPLE: I like to look at strength of schedule that props up one team falsely (Seattle was 4 and at home Balt was 27 coming off a win); I like to bet on home/away turf for some teams, like The Bears on artificial turf are a disaster, (@ NO and @ Detroit) they cannot protect Cutler, but on NT they can (@ Phily and vs Detroit at home. Dallas is in that category, too, their speed rush is not as effective on NT.
I like to look at teams that can clinch a bowl game with 6th win (La Tech, Cal), and bet against a team that just clinched a bowl game the week before and have little else to gain (Aub, Baylor, Wash).
Making a pick with no backup is assinine, it helps no one, any one can just name a team. Hell, my WIFE can do that.
I do not like the game tonite, NI is powerful but - 17.5 is a lot to ask, will be cold, receivers drop passes, may not be as explosive as usual MAC track meets. And Ball Statehas a bye week but is no prize to back. SO pass.
WTF, why call me a loser?
