List of teams not be betting on for now

I have Syracuse, and west virginia, ohio st. I'm trying to deter and remind myself betting on such teams for now, and if i can, even bypass a day, which is hard to do.

anyone else have any input to teams to stay away from.

Miami, Texas A&M, and Notre Dame are stay away teams for me.

99% of teams in the country are completely unreliable for betting purposes

you're better off starting a list off teams that you actually can depend on

Dont forget Virginia Tech and PSU.....these teams blow consistent spreads every year over and over. Knowing these inconsistent teams is just as important as knowing the good teams.
