Even though it's early has anyone been tracking their CBS score predictions for College Basketball against the spread. They have picked 72% winners (no Spread) over the years. It is computer based. There are 4 games today where they have the dog winning outright. James Madison, George Mason, UTEP and Old Diminion.

Me too.When I see 72% winners right away I look for picks they have that are dogs who are predicted will win the game. But that could be off. Maybe their winners are coming from the favorites they pick. The only way is to track all of picks and get an overall record vs. the spread.

Doesn't look like they keep the past picks available so no way to go back through the first 400 picks to check. If someone wants to start tracking all of them starting now that would be great, although a lot of work.

I'll keep tracking the NCAAF and trying to pull out some additional winning combinations.

Everyone else hovering around 4-9, 6-7, or 7-6.

The Expert majority is 5-8 so far this week.

Just played all 11 games that are 5-2, 6-1, or 7-0 consensus'. They've hit at 57.7% combined this year. Had to buy anywhere from .5 to 1.5 points to match a few of the cbs spreads but also got .5 to 1 point in my favor on a couple of them so I'm ok with it.

Broke away from my plan of only playing 6-1 or 7-0 consensus' but I wanted more than 2 plays this week.

While things turned sour after Week 10, I decided to keep tracking the picks through the rest of the season.

The bowl season essentially cleaned out any winnings that were to be made following this group.

I threw in a theoretical $100 unit amount for calculation purposes and assumed each play was -110. Prior to the bowl season, the majority consensus was up nearly 17u. Following the National Championship, the bowl games had lost 11.2u to leave just shy of 6u in profit.

I'll likely track again next season to see how these guys do year to year. Through week 10 the consensus picks were up over 25u.
