After the Texas/Nebraska game, they reviewed a million of similar plays and it showed very conclusively they always run an xtra tick in situations of the like.

clock situations are bull tho in college. How bout first downs. Sometimes when they get up to spike it the refs run 2 seconds, or one second and now I am seeing 0 seconds. Unbelievable.
