Penn state have there leading receiver out. If they can't establish the run (which will not be easy) they got rotating QB's throwing the ball in awful weather conditions.
I love ILLINOIS here and maybe even play the ML.
Anyone feel differently ? line down to -5.0 at some books for Penn state......
