Based on what? THe BYU QB took a lot of shots in that first half, and TCU will play to contain big plays in the second half, forcing BYU to march down the field in baby steps. TCU defense will be much tighter in the second half.

I think that BYU will be able to put up some points in the second half. They left a few out on the field in the first. If they run the ball they should be able to drive down the field, but if TCU scores again, going up by more than 20, BYU may need to resort to airing it out. That right there could kill the over.
