Not buying into this 2H line movement on the total, feel its a headfake and going with my gut and what I watched take place in the 1H. BYU will be forced to throw, this could lead to points with the WR height advantage, or it could lead to INTs with TCU's D pressure, either way points through scores or short porches. TCU is well coached and will run to the outside where they have an advantage with their speed and I feel this will lead to scores. I see some points coming this half so the over is my play.
