Thursday night in college football Week 8 features the Houston Cougars, now ranked 18th in the polls, as a huge home favorite over the Rice Owls.

But Houston has been able to put up wins with bigger margins than the spread for this game this year, and Case Keenum and the Cougars' prolific offense may be a good bet to do it again in Prime Time this week.
