wasnt a terribly difficult pick....look at the way the line was set, 9.5 to open . if they felt this game to be competititive they line would have been set more around 3-6 area as deduced by the teams records . the exaggerated line implies a big offensive game for the home team..also, when a favorite loses outright the previous week (pitt vs utah) the following week the team usually comes back strong.
