USC vs ND thoughts?

Book just moved to 9.5. Everyone is on ND it seems, but 9.5 seems like a bit much to be giving to a decent USC squad. Can't pull the trigger on USC just yet thoughts?

The USC pass D is what scares me away from this game that and how inconsistent their running game has been

USC moneyline + 330 for me! Too much value here. They have a legitimate shot at winning and $100 gets me $430.
