U should change the name of this thread to "the sharp as a bowling ball" thread! I tried to tell you mr. educational, lsu was the sharp! How do u justify laying 4.5 to the best team in the country. And to top it off, you bet against another team that has covered all year! Nice! If u weren't such a cocky douche i wouldnt have even said this, but come on, "the educational thread"! Not sure what game you watched but Alabama lost that game more than LSU won it. So it wasn't like you made an exceptional call taking LSU +5.5. Game could of gone either way. LSU didn't dominate any facet of the game.

That game easily could have been 15-6 at the end of regulation.

My aunt coulda very well been my uncle if she were born with balls but she wasn't. As i said in LTA's forum, this game would be decided by special teams and field position and be decided by 3. Lsu has the best punter in the nation, who figured into the outcome greatly, and poor decisions to kick fg's way out of his kicker's range by saban proved costly. To be the best u have to play all facets of the game, not just put up good numbers against a weak ( at best) scedule. Any handicapper of average ability knew this game would be nip and tuck. Best of luck the rest of the season on the educational seminar

If u bet toledo tonight and u beat the closer ( ur line is better than what was last offered), that is a good longterm play, and vice versa. However good bet and winner are not synonymous. There are no locks, inside fixes, etc. Predicting line moves, money mgmt, and hitting 54% or better@ -110 odds are the only way to beat this. Learn how to cap a game, and don't count on anyone's picks. Just read this thread to find out why! Best of luck!

Well, we will obviously measure the success of these wagers by diff standards but i am on toledo -11.5 (which should close at -12 or better), toledo over 68.5 (which is showing a point and a half of market value at pinny right now), and n.ill over 65 (which is also showing value but not much). I don't claim to know everything. Pauly did however, and he mislead people to believe in

and magic sharp bets that never lose. Tail me at ur own risk. I only look to find value. The rest of my locked bets are virginia tech pk, miami +9, kansas st +4.5, nebraska -2, Iowa +2, purdue +7.5, michigan pk, and nfl pitt -3, saints pk, miami -4, denver +3, carolina -3.5 and denver +3. Best of luck

Why the bump? Pauly basically had it right, but what he missed cost him big time. He is NOT a very good player. His knowledge of Sharps is good, but he really does not understand the concepts of Early-Late wagering, or the "Bait and Switch" which Sharps use occasionally to sucker people into losing wagers. The "Sharps" are often in bed with the books because the books could care less about who wins a certain game. They just want to collect their vig, and as long as the MONEY is just about evenly spread out amongst the two teams, they do eactly that. This is what no one in here seems to understand. If 9 people wager 1K on team "A" and one persons wagers 9K on team "B", the money is spread out evenly and the book profits. Those who believe in looking at the percentage of who the "Public" plays are the biggest losers around. They constantly get suckered in. That is why 85% of you out there lose over the long run.
