I think logically Cincinatti scores 35 or more and gives up 21 or more. It appears that the over looks good, but I prefer -7.5. I will be rooting for a total beating. Can't wait for the Thursday blackout.

Take the +7--Cincinnatti averages 51 points per game and NC defense is aweful....

--You could always do a 7 pt tease which puts you at Over 54 and -.5. Pays about the same as a straight bet.
