not putting a lot of thought into this game. these thursday night games always seem to shock people and rarely go according to script. lost huge on my 2 sec unders last weekend...so i am thinking an old fashioned 9-6 sec game tonight. lsu gonna run a lot for sure. miss st got ripped last week by auburn...but this is a different style o that should be happy to control the line and the clock. prolly wrong...but not putting too much thought or too much money into these weeknight games like i said. just nice to actually have a fairly big sec game on thursday night. good luck all and enjoy.

ok...let's see if i can break this crappy 50% trend...lol.

toledo +20 and over 60: people cashed in last night on a huge public favorite in lsu...and if u think they were not being pounded by everyone including your g-ma then just ask anyone who takes bets. i don't usually base my bets on what i think the majority of others are betting...but on thurs or friday games i do sometimes. books don't stay in business taking in action on one-sided games and losing often...and i think this has been proven over the last couple of seasons with these weeknight games. boise will be the bet for most tonight...so i take toledo. common sense tells me that if toledo is gonna keep it close then it must go over 60.

iowa state +4 and under 45: think this will be a boring game. neither of these teams are very good in my opinion this season. iowa state usually does well in these out of conference games and should keep it close. really liking the under. that iowa\isu game got really crazy late and inflated the total. boring game with few big plays either way and lots of running.

not claiming to be an expert...and might be way off on both of these. just my take on the 2 crappy friday night games that i promised myself i wouldn't throw my money away on this season...lol. here i go again though. good luck all.

seeing a lot that i really like tomm...so i will prolly play a few more than i usually do.

w virginia +1: huge ostate fan here who goes to games every week and has watched in person holgorsen work...incredible offensive coach. i like the maryland qb...though i here he will be without a couple of his wideouts...and i expect them to score. i think the problem for them is the d though...gave up 24 to miami and made the backup qb look great. i expect wv to score plenty and don't see maryland keeping up. may be one of those you can turn off at halftime and rest easy you have a w.

penn st -7: when is this game ever as close as 7 points?...never. i know temple is getting better and all...still like looking at a high school team if you stand them up next to penn st. i say an angry psu team goes in there and unloads.

notre dame -5: love this game...and this line makes me love it more. it is inflated in my opinion to steer people towards msu. notre dame came out last week and played desperate before flopping in the 2nd half. i honestly think what we watched in the 1st half is a true look at what notre dame will be this season. they should come out with that same desperation this week with the emphasis all week being on finishing. better matchup on both sides of the ball this week...and the game is at home.

texas -3.5: thought about not playing this because it looks so easy and i am sure it is on almost everybodys pending bets...lol. what is the edge for ucla that makes this a 3 point game though? desperation?...texas had a pretty rough year last season and there is quite a bit of heat in austin as well. you can't look at these teams and say the talent is really close...plus it is a revenge game for the horns. looks way easy and that is usually bad. i can't lay off though.

wash state +5: this is just a feeling i have that is based in no logic at all. just have a feeling wsu is due for a big win...and the lack of size by sdsu kind of levels the field.

oklahoma -3: biggest play of the week for me...if i lose it this will be a bad week regardless. i despise the sooners...so any time i like them enough in a game to put my money on them over the years, it has almost always turned out well. honestly...not even gonna waste my time digging up any numbers. this game is not close.

okay i gotta go. i also like utah +4 and arizona +9...and i think both have a shot at winning. 8 plays...double what i like to bet on saturday. hope it is a good thing that i liked so many. good luck all and enjoy. that is one thing i was taught early in life from a family caught up really tight in this business...never get in so deep that you can't enjoy the games you are betting on.
