The only explanation I can fathom is that it was 4th and 5 and he was trying to draw the defense offsides for a 1st down.

Grant Ressel is an all big 12 kicker. He is a senior and has missed 3 FGs in his career.

He missed 2 tonight. What a game though! I imagine if MU wasn't down 7 starters, it might have been a different story. Oh well.
