Seems like a lot of pts for NC to give. There head coach gets fired this summer, there in the midst of an ncaa investigation, and they have a new sophmore qb in. JMU on the other hand beat VT last yr and are returning 10 starters from there defense. The total is also 40 which is really low. I think thats telling of a potential close game.
