what qualifies for a rlm

Reverse line movement takes place when a large majority of bets are on one team, yet the line moves in the opposite direction. Reverse line movement can mean sharp money. A book doesn't care that 70 percent of the public is on a team. If a couple of sharps are on the same side they moving the line the opposite way regardless of the public bets.
