Gamble's NCAAF Plays/Talk

Ok NCAAF is a much better sport for me, along with NCAAB, gonna post my plays in here and talk some through, all comments are encouraged

starting us off with my team here - minus the points

MIZZOU -20.5 (2.2u to win 2u)

mizzou pounded miami last year and honestly franklin won't be a huge step down from gabbert. gabbert was always more of an nfl qb, couldn't run this offense to his capabilities. also losing aldon smith on the line won't hurt too bad, as our line is stacked this year, I expect one of the best lines in the country to terrorize this undersized MAC O-Line. Mizzou should jump on them early and often in this one

TEXAS A&M/SMU OVER 57 (2.2u to win 2u)

been reading about this game, sorry if i repeat some of it. SMU runs a very fast paced offense and return 10 (i believe) of their starters on O. This will give more time for both teams to score and I think SMU should be able to score some points here as A&M adjusts without stud Von Miller. A&M should have no problem scoring on this soft SMU defense as Tannehil and company will put up some points.

been looking at unlv. This match up in the past has been closer, than the 36.5 points. I have a hard time playing O/U`s til later in the season. But like your over pick

last years game ou won 45-0 with the turnover margin being even, I don't expect it to be even again and oklahoma returns just about all of their firepower on offense. should be a blowout

TEXAS -24.5 (2.2u to win 2u)

Rice is just a bad team in this game, at Rice last year Texas beat em by 25, this was without their new rb recruit macolm brown. brown should take some pressure off of gilbert, who has to improve this year as he was awful last year. texas defense should shut down rice at home in this one

UNLV/WISCONSIN OVER 56.5 (2.2u to win 2u)

like this one to go over tonight, wisconsin will move the ball on unlv and score plenty points, this one will depend on unlv scoring some. unlv should be able to punch in a couple scores here but i expect wisky to score 40+ and possibly a garbage td for unlv late

SYRACUSE - 6 (1.1u to win 1u)

wake is just not a good team in my opinion, they may improve because they return a decent chunk of players but this is a huge qb mismatch in this game. nassib had a solid year last year and will look to build on it (19tds/8int), wake's qb price on the other hands played pretty bad (7td's/8int). the cuse should be fired up at home on espn for this one

WESTERN KENTUCKY/KENTUCKY OVER 48 (1.1u to win 1u)

this game was an absolute shootout last year, and it probably won't have as many points as last year (93 total) but it should have enough to go over. western kentucky will rely on their stud rb rainey to move the ball and he should have some success as he did last year (184 yds 2 tds) and i expect kentucky to get to 30 in this game.

IOWA -6.5 (2.2u to win 2u)

jumping on this before it gets to 7, iowa state looked terrible against I-AA opponent Northern Iowa last week, pulling it out in the last minute for a GW TD. Iowa's big lines will dominate Iowa State in this one, controlling the ball and opening lanes for Marcus Coker to pound through. Iowa pounded Texas Tech last week as well, a Big XII school that is around the same talent level of Iowa State. Iowa State is also breaking in a JC transfer QB which will take some time (I realize Iowa has a new QB as well)

SOUTHERN METHODIST -20 (1.65u to win 1.5u)

USM looked bad at college station last week, they went down early and couldn't recover. Look for a bounce back game for them in a revenge spot as they lost SU to UTEP last year 28-14 in a game they called their ' worst effort of the season'. UTEP on the other hand looked pretty bad against I-AA foe Stony Brook as they did win, but were outgained by almost 200 yards on the ground. They have 5 new O-Line starters and it showed, I don't see them getting anything going against USM here, should be a 4TD ballgame IMO.

liking the over in the arizona ok state game, also like arizona as i think they will definitely score on ok state's soft defense (34 pts to ul lafayette i think). high total though so i'm not sure yet, anyone have a play there?

liking No Illinois at Kansas though, No Ill is solid returning their stud qb harnish, kansas looked terrible last week at mcneese state and they shouldnt fare much better here.

liking ball state as well on the road at south florida, who 'lucked' into their win at ND last week. they should have lost that game as they were +5 in the TO margin, and got outgained by over 250 yards, no way they should be favored by 3 tds

definitely not plaing az st, i think mizzou looked as bad as they're going to all year in week 1, franklin will get better, he was a stud recruit out of texas a year ago. if he plays better, mizzou has a chance to cover and win but i will probably just stay away from this game altogether though. mizzou has a couple injuries but they're positions of depth for us (wr, rb, dline) so that doesn't concern me, i feel like without week 1, this game would either be a pickem or mizzou would be favored, so that is basically why im not playin az state, plus i think mizzou plays better, but maybe i'm just a homer

do have a play for tonight though, like FLA INT against Louisville, Louisville really doesn't impress me that much. I like FIU's offense and TY Hilton is a good playmaker at WR that could give Louisville some problems tonight.
