Help with Septh 17th games.

I will be in Vegas on Sept 17th. I am looking to make one giant wager on the what looks to be the best game that day. I know its impossible without the lines out yet for that week but is there any games that jump out as upsets for that day??

Boise State-Toledo Over on the 16th may be worth looking into. There are a lot of good games that weekend.

big potential flat spot south carolina at home vs navy (assuming they beat georgia week before) also psu at temple if penn st beats alabama (very iffy, i know)

also the 3rd week i like to look for teams who looked great in 2 home games to fall flat on thier face at least ATS if they go on the road in game 3.
