If Ohio State loses to Miami I will be shocked... The Miami program is in such disaray that they fired their coach. They have no good players coming back and they havent been relevant in years. I don't see this game being close.

(Miami fired their coach b/c he didn't win ball games. Jim Tressel is one of the most winning college football coaches ever and got screwed over b/c he was too loyal to his players and didn't throw them under the bus. )

I know there are a lot of TOSU haters out there but like them or not they are one of the top 10 college football teams in the country every single year.

And as for the Oklahoma game... a #1 ranked team should be able to beat Florida State. If they can't beat Florida State @FSU then whoever ranked them #1 is an idiot.

So I'm basically just going on the assumption that if you are #1 caliber football team you don't lose to an ACC school ever

This play wins my only concern is that it won't pay much.

I suggest you look at the injury report before you lose your money. You may also want to look at your history. Ohio State is 5-6 S/U against ranked non-con teams in their past 11 meetings, and that includes the Arkansas game last season when they had to cheat to win. Tressel was a cheat. NEVER try to deny that.

They didn't cheat to win. There was no competitive advantage.

I'm going to be in Vegas the weekend of these games I will have one huge parlay

these 4 college games above

and

Pitt ML vs Seattle
Jets ML vs Jags
Packers ML @Carolina
Colts ML vs Browns

should pay out pretty nice.

These next 2 games are on the same weekend and are tempting but more risky...
Saints ML vs Bears
Patriots ML vs Chargers

Oklahoma and Florida are no "locks" by any stretch... I think Oklahoma will get by but I dont see Flordia winning... As a matter of fact I think the VOLS are are going to surprise a TON of folks this yr.

Parlays are usually a terrible idea unless you are filling out parlay cards with frozen numbers.....

Or perhaps correlating your parlay....

This 4 team ML parlay is not a good idea, maybe round robin the picks by 2-3-4 and you may break even.

This parlay will hit boys... ML parlays are good... parlays against the spread are tougher. I am not calling this is a lock b/c i don't want to jinx it but I have confidence in this one. ML parlays are specialty in NCAA Football and College Hoops

I didn't read the post you were replying to.

The ncaa did say they could play in that bowl game, which I can't believe they allowed.

Aside from the bowl game, they cheated the entire year playing players that they knew were ineligible.

It's not like the tattoos had steroids in them. I guarantee you that every top team is playing ineligible players every week and most of them know it. So much bad media attention over $6,000 of players own property sold legally.

I hear what you are saying man. I agree that the rules get pushed at pretty much all of the big schools. I don't think too much of it except when $$ is involved.

Legal and against the rules are two different things. Also, weren't there other things going on like the car dealership and stuff?

I imagine they are going to give Tressel a multiple year show cause which they don't do for nothing.

It doesn't really matter to me. What is done is done. I just think people outside of your fan base probably see it a bit differently than OSU fans. The same is true for all fan bases. Hell, I was defending Lane Kiffin when he was at UT

. Luckily, he got out of town before he could get the school into major trouble. I say that, but actually the only reason why they looked into Pearl was because they were there looking into Kiffin's crooked ass

I am just glad football is here! It is going to be another mediocre year for both my teams (Titans and Vols), but I will enjoy most of it except when it gets real ugly
