College Football on Sunday..starts Sept. 4th
West Virginia confirmed today that their scheduled Saturday Rivalry game with Marshall has been moved to Sunday, September 4, at 3:30 p.m.. The shifted game falls on Labor Day weekend, one week before the NFL is scheduled to open their 2011 season.

Could this be a trend of things to come with the NFL labor problems? Maybe!

Ncaa would be stupid not to capitalize on the lockout in the NFL....they might have free reign over entire month of September

Sunday college football would be nice if and only if there is a good game on. West Virginia vs Marshall c'mon that game blows

That game is scheduled to be played over the Labor Day Weekend, when there is no NFL Football Scheduled. There will be other college games on that Sunday. You can be sure of that.

Marshall should of won that game this year, they were 13 point dogs that almost pulled it off. West Virginia had to win in overtime.

This year's game may also be a good one Fish. West Virginia will be favored but I see some friction for a better term with the coaching staff. The head coach has this year and he is done. The head coach in waiting is on the staff as an assistant. The head coach did not want to leave and you got to know there is some 'off page stuff' on this staff. Will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

I think it will probably be a good game. Marshall had rather beat West Virginia than anyone else and have all summer to prepare for them.

West virginia is the early favorite to win the Big East title. With a FCS patsie the following week, West Virginia can give Marshall their full attention. They also get Marshall at home, where Marshall has scored a total of 20 points in their last three games.

Who gives a flying fck about either west Virginia or Marshall they both suck. Without rich rod at the helm WV has done shit on the offensive side of the board. The WV defense has not been able to stop anyone. They were 13 point favorites that had to win in overtime just proves more to my point WV is garbage. Marshall is not far behind WV they have played some inspired games but who cares they end up loosing them.

All I am trying to say is they could and should get another match up for Sunday footbal

Frankly, I would love it if the Billionaires and Millionaires couldn't get together to do NFL and then CFB rolls up big TV numbers on Sunday while filling the void.
