I find it strange that Auburn beat the #2 ranked team in the national title game and three voters supported another team. Here's the final list:
1. Auburn (received 56 of 59 first place votes)
2. TCU (received 3 first place votes)
3. Oregon (played in title game, should be #2)
4. Stanford
5. Ohio St
6. Oklahoma (moved from 9th)
7. Wisconsin (fell from 4th with loss to TCU)
8. LSU (jumped from 11th with Cotton Bowl win)
9. Boise St
10. Alabama (moved from 15th with MSU ass kicking)
11. Nevada (nice season for the wolves)
12. Arkansas (fell out of top-10)
13. Oklahoma St (surprise season)
14. Michigan St (looked like a High School team against Bama)
15. Miss St (jumped from #21)
16. Virginia Tech (just another 10 win season from Beamer)
17. Florida State (look out next season, should be good)
18. Missouri (star QB going pro)
19. Texas A&M (finally a good season from the Aggies)
20. Nebraska (tough team to figure)
21. Central Florida (one of two Conf-USA teams in top 25)
22. South Carolina (needs a damn quarterback)
23. Maryland (top-25 will get a coach fired)
24. Tulsa (lost coach to Pittsburgh)
25. North Carolina St
* SEC had five teams in top-20.
* Big East had zero teams in top-25. (BCS automatic bid)
* Conference USA had two teams in top-25. (No automatic bid)
