    Reminder for tonight's game
You don't win any more if you win or lose any more if you lose.

Don't go big unless you truly believe it, and don't get caught up in the hype of having to take something just because it's the national championship game.

You can bet on some random small-school NCAA basketball total and win (or lose) the same amount. The line won't be as nearly sharp, or as heavily played.

This, like everything else in gambling, is just one game.

I know you're big on Oregon, Houli, and I'm sure you have your reasons. That's fine. I'm just saying I don't want people to force a pick if they don't feel comfortable.

Hardest thing in the world for a degen to do, but one could always just pass and enjoy the game, right?

I'd take Oregon if I had to. I'd check back to see what the final number is, though -- remember, a lot of the initial line movement went from -1 to -2.5 in favor of Auburn. I wouldn't read too much into Oregon getting pounded down -- yet.

these games with tons of money on each side are definitely when the books make money regardless of outcome.

Good advice, remember, we aren't the ones playing in these games, no reason to get hyped up like its our National Championship

That is good advice. Always drives me crazy when people are making their biggest bets because it is the biggest game and not remembering it is just one game.

Nocoin, I really effed up. I took auburn for 5* at -3 thinking line would grow so could grab Oregon at +4.5 or better. Stupid mistake as now I'm stuck with a shitty number and have to hope auburn scores a Td first to get a live hedge. How to be a losing gambler by jw

Well said.... I've been racking my mind about which team to go with. Caught up in the hype. Made me realize it's just one game.

                                  Good advice brother

I live north of the border and hardly get to follow College football because they hardly show it that much. Was thinking about making a play on Auburn because they have that stud QB but I think I'm just going to pass and enjoy the game.
