    Why cory rains loves VT in the orange bowl
    the orange bowl has rich history of any slow big 8 teams vs any team from Fla. And they got killed speed rules. Then the skers figued it out. And won against those schools. Now look at the rose bowl slow/very big wiscn team vs speed of tcu. He really feels it should have been. TCU By far the winner. Thus his pick is Virginia Tech. Way more speed. And beemer has a great history in the orange bowl.

          That Rose Bowl analogy doesn't hold water. Stanford isn't a "slow/big team" by any means. Try again.

                                          Beemer is 1-2 in the Orange bowl losing to Neb in '96 and Kan in '07 He won it in '08 vs Cinn

                                          Beemer overall is 8-9 in bowl games.
