OBSERVATIONS
* A little surprised at TCU being in the top 10 spenders.
* Six of the top 10 spenders come from the SEC.
* Texas spent $25.1 million but did not make a bowl.
* Private schools spent the most per student.
* Boise State seems to be a bargain at $6.85 million, $564 per student.
* Florida is the #6 spender but brought in $68.7 million for a $44.2 profit.
* Football programs support all other athletic programs.
