Maryland + under in 2nd Half - thoughts?

ECU's offense is pathetic. They look completely disorganized, have all kinds of negative yard plays (on pass plays too), and the QB can't deliver it with accuracy when under pressure.

To me Maryland is the obvious 2nd half play. I'm guessing they'll set the o / u at 28.5 or similar.

I'd be inclined to take the under, based on ECU's complete futility on offense.

My only concern is that Maryland abuses that weak ECU defense and scores 3 TDs by themselves 2nd half.

Im thinking the under...Maryland should run alot more in the second half to eat the clock. They may score 2-3 more TD's but I dont look for ECU to get anything going....theyre pitiful..

What's so tough in these 2nd half plays is not knowing what kind of playbook the favorite is going to run. Will Maryland guy go out classy in his last game and sit on the ball when up by 2-3 possessions? Or will he have fun with his guys in the final quarter and air it out? There's been a lot of smack by the ECU team, so I'm concerned Maryland goes pedal to the metal til the end.

Half of ECU's offensive plays are losses and tiny gains on little out routes. They're killing the clock on every non-scoring possession.

I think Maryland has to be the play too. I just hope ECU doesn't get rolling with a big kick return or some other fluke.

I parlayed Maryland + under 30.5 for two units. Been getting killed lately. Need it.

the over under scares me as to why it is so high - MD broke some big plays - I don't like the under play but I am rooting for you and MD lol

Thanks. Like I said - I think the o/u all depends on how Maryland calls their plays in final possessions. What I like right now with the score 16-3 is that Maryland needs a fg to make it a two posession game.

Best case scenario is that ECU gets the ball on first possession, makes two first downs then punts ... and then Maryland has a long drive that ends in FG.

me too but i took md and the over.....i see longer passess in the 2nd half with turnovers etc

Maryland 2H backers gotta be feeling great right now. ECU's offense is stuck in neutral today. Not gonna happen. I'm worried about my 2H under big time already.

not worried about the over now..ECU defense has lost that confidence...just worried in MD covering the 3.5
