ECU is 31. There were only 2 games the whole year where ECU didn't score over 31 - weeks 3 and 4 against Va Tech (they scored 27) and NC St (scored 17). I don't know much about Maryland's defense, but they gave up 31 or more points just 3 times this year. WV, Clemson, and NC St all scored EXACTLY 31 against the Terps. So although the Pirates have a great offense, it may be tough for them to get over that mark.
Maryland is 39.5. Maryland scored more than 39.5 in only four games this year, but ECU's defense is probably the worst they have played this year. The thing to look at here is how many times ECU has given up more than 39.5 - 9 games. The only teams that didn't score more that 40 were Memphis, Marshall and NC St, with NC St being the only quality opponent.
It's pretty much a home game for Maryland so they should have decent fan support, and the weather looks to be good too as it will be in the mid 40's and sunny.
