Tulsa's offense is getting way too much respect here. They are good but not so great on the road. They have had time to prepare for this game, but they will not go into Hawaii and beat a BETTER Hawaii team in their home state. Hawaii has lost one game at home all year and it was the first game of the season to USC. They even beat Nevada at home who (as everybody knows) beat Boise who really throttled Hawaii.

I agree this is going to be a high scoring game but Tulsa has a very small chance of being able to stop Hawaii on offense. And Hawaii being better defensively at home coupled with Tulsa being worse offensively on the road should result in a pretty decisive victory for Hawaii. Buy down to 9.5 and lay the points. Hawaii will not let their fans down here.

If this is a close game, TULSA = WIN (maybe not win the game, but at least the spread)

I'd say pick OVER and Hawaii -10.5 just to be safe and reduce $ loss.

I live about 1 mile away from the Honolulu stadium and the weather today was rainy with the humidity in the upper 80's with no TradeWinds , for winter weather it feels like summer again , Hot and Humid.
And tomorrow's forecast will probablly be the same . I can see this taking a toll on the Tulsa boys as the game progresses. Cramps,Cramps, Cramps. They not going be use to it!

[COLOR=#000000 !important]if u play the percentages expect an underdog cover 2nite but hawaii has bigtime home field here given that tulsa has done nicely on the road as well of late, at this pt. its obvious the public is leaning hawaii considering the ATS winning streak for favorites + home field here. if tulsa had a better pass D id feel a bit more comfortable taking the pts they do have a decent sack numbers at 24 but its not a killer rush. u need to have a disruptive D line to to stop run n shoot offense(remember Georgia crushing hawaii in sugar bowl). tulsa is on a nice run 6-0 SU down the stretch n come in very confident but hawaii as well they are officially the WAC champions after beating nevada at home. but im gonna say tulsa breaks the favorite trend 2nite they also have a big edge in special teams with damaris johnson who is an electric home run threat on kick n punt returns he jus mite take one bak. the key im banking on is that tulsa takes care of the ball which they r good at kinne is much improved this yr, their D creates timely takeaways, offense keeps possession n works clock with a balanced ratio of run n pass which theyve done all yr, n they lite up in special teams their punter is one of the best in net yardage. i like tulsa to buck the trend 2nite n continue hawaiis troubling showings in the bowls of late. tulsa +10[/COLOR]

Tulsa simply is horrid in all defensive stats.
At least Hawaii has a modicum of defensive successes.
Tulsa's interceptions stats are against poor throwing teams
and the Passing superiority of Hawaii is not to be discounted.

This is some of the heaviest RLM of the year. I'll go with Tulsa, wish I had gotten in earlier, im at +10. Tulsa has played with and beaten some pretty good teams, Hawaii has had a cake schedule and gotten killed against good teams.
