The Over/Under for Total NC State points is 23.

WVU haven't given up more than 21 all year but will be without top corner Brandon Hogan (torn ACL), starting center Joe Madsen (grades), and backup DL Josh Taylor (grades) against a pass happy NC State team.

I want to go big on the under.. Thoughts?

Be careful with Big East defensive stats, the offenses in the conference sucked ass for the most part this year. If Southern Miss can score 28 vs. a Louisville defense that statistically ranked 11th nationally, then NC State can score at least that much here. I actually like NC State to win outright.
