is the over/under dropping from a 61.5 opener to 58 a clue or a trap? boise hasn't had an over/under that low since they played sj state and that went under...vegasinsider has 73% on over...why would it drop? thinkin about playin under but told myself i wasn't touchin this game period...any thoughts?

i saw someone post that it is raining...i don't think that matters...if they didn't move the line at all they would still get a ton of over action...is lowering it a way to trick people into taking the under, is what i'm asking?
