Brent Musburger on ESPN just said Utah's "gonna put up a good fight and a 16 point spread is ridiculous! Utah will play them tough." I remember last time Musburger said something like that was Penn State vs Iowa a couple years ago. The spread was -9 for Penn State and Iowa won the game outright!
The rain might keep it close and low-scoring...but a backup QB on Utah is scary for Utah-backers...
