Another thing about Oregon I don't like.. The schedule. The only team they played worth a damn was Stanford and they had them at home. They didn't play in any hostile environments. They played a decent Cal team on the road and easily could have lost that game. I really feel a team like Miss. St, South Carlolina, Arkansas, Alabama would have went undefeated playing there schedule....with respect to Stanford though.. all the other games... middle of the road SEC teams would have cleaned up as well.. I seen Oregon, they are flashy, fast and fun to watch, but are they battle tested?? Auburn is battle tested. They have answered every call against the best teams, in the nations most dominant conference.

I understand that their schedule has been weak, but they have blown away their competition/ Rarely was any of their games close. Betting against an SEC Champ is a hard proposition, but in this spot I feel its the right call. Oregons finesse offense will have an advnatage against Auburns big and slow defense. Think Oregon as the Colts. They may be a finesse team, but they do the most important thing their is to do in sports.... Score again, and again....

Agreed. As a ducks fan, only thing that worries me about auburns defense is nick fairley, other then that I can see thomas and maehl lighting up auburns susceptible secondary. Also hope for casey to have an impact for oregon on the defensive end. I can't wait to see how auburn responds to our no huddle offense, still amazes me how quick we can snap the ball once the ref puts it down on the line of scrimmage. Lets Go DUCKS!

TCU looks great on offense, but what Wisconsin is doing well is easily repeatable and never gets better for the other team as the game progresses. Physical, controlling the line of scrimmage... that's what wins football games..
