Army has scored only 6 points the last 3 years. This year they will put some points on the board. Navy wins say 34-24.

Under. Both teams have been off for 3 weeks and will be rusty. Plus, the defenses have had 3 weeks to prepare for the option (against their own offense). When the teams do score, it'll be on long drives.
