While I don't necassarily disagree with you, there are a few things to keep in mind.
1. Jake Locker could not possibly look as ridiculous as he did in the first matchup, could he? This is his last chance to show scouts that he is a first DAY - forget first round - pick.
2. Disappointment. The Huskers do not want to be in the ******* Holiday Bowl. If there wasn't (probably) a conspiracy with theTexas TenBig Twelve, they'd be in the Insight Bowl.
3. Rematches, of course, are always a mixed bag.
4. The Pelini-to-Miami talk is not just some rumor anymore as Kirby has actually admitted to meeting with him and Pelini seems very interested.
