    Should Michigan State be Ticked?
    One man's opinion..................

In addition to championship game participants Auburn and Oregon, several other teams will pick up rich payouts from Bowl Championship Series games. No. 4 Wisconsin will face No. 3 TCU in the Rose Bowl. The Sugar will have No. 8 Arkansas and No. 6 Ohio State. No. 9 Oklahoma and No. 25 Connecticut are headed to the Orange, and the Fiesta will host No. 5 Stanford and No. 12 Virginia Tech. However, if I were No. 7 Michigan State, I would be pretty ticked off. Yes, MSU knows the rules that no more than two teams per conference get into BCS games, and the Big Ten filled its quota with Wisconsin and Ohio State. But, Michigan State beat Wisconsin, which beat Ohio State. The Spartans didn't play Ohio State. Instead, Michigan State is headed to the Capital One Bowl to play an Alabama team with three loses. I can't help but think the Spartans are a little ticked with their bowl situation.

Congratulations to the Spartan coach for being named Big Ten Coach of the Year.

actually Michigan State fans like it, I would rather have a bowl win over Bama than Tcu or Arkansas. And Michigan State will actually make $300,000 more money buy going to this bowl than a BCS one.

Well, they were the THIRD ranked Big 10 team in the BCS, so based on that, they have no gripe due to the two-team conference max. So the real question is whether or not they should have been ranked ahead of Ohio State.

Maybe they should have at least covered the spread against Purdue, Minnesota, and Notre Dame @ home, some of those voters are square players. Once Saban bitch slaps them they will be over their disapointment.

              NICE!

Saban will have them ready to play against his former team. No way he wants to lose to 2 former teams in the same season.
