Wisconsin has been on absolute fire. I think its a good bet. Line will move alot in the next month though.

Wisconsin has been exceptional the last 5-6 games and are always prepared in bowl games. I fully expect them to be able to handle TCU.

Will be ML I think for me.
TCU played nobody. 98th Total D Baylor. 5-7 Oregon State (was supposed to be trademark OOC game). Utah, who in turn played nobody and got cleaned b NOTRE DAME and beat laughable Pitt by 3 in OT at home. SDSU up 17 @ TCU; loses by 5.
And this vaunted DLine will meet their match x2 against Wisc and their healthy 3 headed monster running game. Also will be plenty of open shots off that run game for #1 ranked passing efficiency QB Tolzien @ 75% completions.

they'll need to be able to run the ball consistently, which they may well do

Yeah I think this is a mismatch. Wisconsin line and running game should dominate. I would take the ML too... they don't have it posted at 5dimes yet, just +3

I already locked this in for a dime. Talk about serious motivation for this team. I'm sure their coach will use this as motivation.

Don't worry. You can depend on all of those Texans to dump on TCU now that Texas is not in a Bowl Game. I like this wager. I think the line will go off as a pick 'em at gametime.

Exactly. Wisky may actually be favored by 1 - 2 points by kickoff.

Am I the only one who is staying away from this one? TCU has the number 1 defense in the country by a long shot (http://content.usatoday.com/sportsda...-total-defense) . Yes they haven't really played anyone but you still have to be decently legit on defense to be ranked number 1 in the category no matter who you play. Idk I don't know enough about these two teams to lay money on it. GL to all you Wisconsin backers though.

Line has already moved to 2.5 and its the only one from the BCS games that has shifted.
People are making a big deal of TCU's defense. They are fast, but remember they will be playing on grass and that speed can be neutralized by a physical team. Expect Wisky to pound, pound and pound the rock down TCU's throat.

TCU is the right side in this one. Wisconsin was pathetic in non-conference play early this year. Beat Arizona State by 1, San Jose State by 14, and UNLV by 20. That's the same UNLV team that TCU beat by 42. Wisconsin kind of got on a roll and put up some big numbers against some slow Big 10 defenses, but they're going to lose that momentum in the long layoff.

my instinct is def Wisconsin in this one. There is no more fundamentally sound rushing attack in football, at any level. It is a work of art to watch.

I would argue a longer layoff hurts the team that is smaller with more speed.

Yeah definitly takin the ML big on Wis. I live in Wisconsin and have watched every game this year. They will dominate. I would also suggest takin the adjusted line also, as i see them winning by 17-21.

Wisconsin put up big numbers at the end of the season against defenses that were tired and banged up and cold. They didn't do shit at the beginning of the year against defenses that were fresh and healthy and warm.
It will be warm in Pasadena, TCU will be fresh and healthy after five weeks off, and TCU will win the game easily.

yeah i think you have to take wisconsin because tcu plays a 4-2-5 defense which is built for speed against spread offenses. i don't think they have the bodies up front to stop the running attack of the badgers. tcu would have matched up better against any other top ten team besides wisconsin.
