How does weather affect WVU/Rutgers game?

WVU 20.5 pont fave.

If not for the weather I take WV in a heartbeat but does weather make for low scoring game and a blow out less likely?

Reason for my selection is this:

West Virginia wins the Big East and a berth in the BCS with a win and a Connecticut loss.

In my opinion, South Florida beats Connecticut today. Of course, West Virginia is thinking the same.

This game could get ugly.

I wouldn't be surprised if West Virginia wins this game by 40+ points.

Then again, I've been wrong before...
