Why is Notre Dame @ USC line not up at most places?

I checked out sbr lines and saw a few have Notre Dame +4 but most haven't put a line up yet? Are injuries at play? Suspensions? I know a USC running back was suspended last week for a golf cart ride but is something else going on?

I saw that USCs QB Barkley is Questionable for this game.
