Its a "home" game for Wisconsin, and they are being paid $3 million by Dan Syder to play there

It's also because there are a lot of PSU alumn there, as well as a lot of PSU alumn close to there...the 3M helps too

Penn State is getting nothing for the game though. It was done to expose IU to that recruiting area.
