    K-State (-3) at Colorado
Is there any reason not to take K-State here? Colorado is one of if not the worst team in the Big 12.

They play better at home and are coming off a win against Iowa State but Iowa State is probably the 10th best team in the conference.

Does anyone else like K-State here?

Hawkins just got canned. I feel like K-State has better coaches and better players. I also expect a better effort out of K-State coming off of a loss to Mizzou.

    Thoughts?

Colorado did play well and rally for their new coach, Cabral, but that was after ISU QB Arnaud went down with a season-ending injury. As the Gold Sheet points out...

K State has had 6 straight covers on the road.

They've covered 5 straight in this series.

And they've covered 6 straight against Big 12 opponents on the road.

Also figure they should want to bounce back after last week's loss to Missouri (which they won ATS).

BigD, I don't know who's going to win this game but sometimes a team will respond in a positive way when their coach is fired. They came out and beat Iowa State last week by a 34-14 score. There is little pressure on the players because they will have a new coach and his staff coming in. Even the fired coaches son (Cody Hawkins-QB) responded hitting 16 of 24 for 266 yards and 3 touchdowns.

One thing going for K-State is on the road against conference opponents they have been money covering 10 of last 12.

Would like to know what some close to the programs think about this one.

I feel like K-State has the better players and the better coaching staff. I feel like they should roll Colorado.

That being said, Colorado has been respectable at home. The Buffs played Baylor and Texas Tech close. They also beat Georgia. With that said, none of those teams are that good.

I feel like K-State will be hungry coming off a loss and Colorado will still be feeling good after getting their first conference win.

More thoughts and opinions would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

I like K-State as well, unless someone can give me good reasons otherwise.
