Careful with this one. I actually like Fresno State -- not to win, but to keep the score within about 20. I haven't bet against Boise State yet this season, and I have won a few on them, like last weekend. But enough is enough. This is a very decent Fresno team. Their offense is putting up 34 points per game. Their defense cooled Nevada's jets last weekend, at least enough to make that a one-point game. They have a very experienced and wise coach in Pat Hill. Oh, and the weather in Boise looks to be nasty on Friday (cold, good chance of rain or even snow). I just can't turn down 30 points and the Bulldogs in this matchup, even on that Godawful blue field with all those religious fans there.Comment -

I have Fresno, but I'm staying away from the game. Looking back on Boise over the last few years my prediction % is not good going against them even when the model has a big advantage for the opponent.Comment -

I'm not ashamed to say this Boise team killed me this week. Wow. Some serious football there. I know, I know. WAC schedule. But they just do not have a bad series very often, on either side of the ball now. They beat the teams they are supposed to beat, usually by more than expected, no matter the line. They play in the crappiest looking sports venue in the US, and don't seem to care. Tough team. Hat off to them.Comment -
