Tues: Ohio U +8 @ Temple

I don't follow either of these teams too closely, so I can only base my opinions on the stats. And based on that, I don't understand why temple is laying over a TD to what seems like a pretty comparable Ohio team. What am I missing here? Key injury or something?

But, seriously though, based on cursory power ratings this line is about right considering the home-field advantage.

Temple has a better Defense by far, Jackson's has not been cleared due to a concussion from a bar fight. Temple has one of the best Defensive Tackles in the nation and will cause disruption to Ohio's offense. Temple has become more balanced with there new QB play. My take would be Temple +7.5.
