No Defense In This Rice-Tulane Game

38-35 Tulane halfway through the 3rd quarter. They keep flip flopping over the odds line of 4. I wish Rice could stop them, and take the lead since I have them +4. As I am typing this Tulane just made it 45-35. This game is crazy. I would have had the over in the first half.
