i think Penn State has a letdown after last week, and OSU has been strong at home. Bucks are still in Big Ten title/BCS bowl hunt, so a win by 4-5 scores is in order. McGloin has looked good, but that was against Minnesota, Michigan and Northwestern.

liking Indiana/Wisconsin over 57, cap it to get to 70+, but it looks like crappy weather. i don't mind a little rain, but from what i can tell online, there are winds of 20+ mph. by any chance, anyone on here live in Madison and can comment on the weather? thanks.
