He really has not been loved at LSU and apparently his 3 teenage children are miserable there. They have been harrassed by the fans. CU fans dont care as much.... so the kids would be much happier there.

Colorado is talking about a coach who would need to work within their "financial restrictions", which would seem to mean that -- coming from an SEC team with which he won a national championship and got a good pay bump from that -- he'd likely have to take a substantial cut in pay. Can't see that happening.

Only move I could see Miles making from LSU is to Michigan, if Rich Rod is ever cut loose and if Harbaugh doesn't get the job first.

Why would he do that? Certainly if he wanted out of LSU he could find somewhere better than Colorado... and that is coming from someone who doesn't like Les Miles at all.

What's Michigan gonna do, hire Carr back??? Michigan needs someone with Michigan ties and unless Jim Harbaugh is offered and decides to take the job who else is there?? Miles is crazy w his play calling, but a) that's about it and b) has worked for him.

Have to believe Harbaugh would be offered the Michigan job and would jump at it if it ever came open. The spirit of Schembechler lives on in him. (And I say this as a guy who went to Ohio State.) He plays the kind of smash-mouth, run-it-down-your-throat football you think of when you think of the Michigan glory days. Would be great to see him and Tressel going at it year after year.
