Thats what NIU does. I doubt you'll see too much passing from NIU, unless they fall behind early.

I would play a northern ill, toledo , and the under all on a three pick teaser..... get n.ill to - 4 and toledo at + 17 thats a very safe play trust me I do these mutli pick parleys all the time...I just won it last night playing pittt on a tease wit the Over and the Under so yea I guess Im pushing my luck today !!!!!!!!!
