im a psu fan and i think this line is inflated due to joepa goin for his 400th win and their big showing last week vs michigan...i can see northwestern winning but i won't be taking either side

I'm on Northwestern just for the value. PSU hasn't really done much this year, other than last week. Northwestern's QB is a game-changer, so I'll roll with them.

You can get +7 at 5dimes for NU. Great value there against a PSU team that has had issues offensively this year.
